We have hosted dozens of in person events at select races/camps which turned out to be a massive success

Monthly check-in calls with your coach to go over training, your progress and understanding how you are doing
Calls are completed through Zoom 1 on 1

Plans are created via Training Peaks (uploaded in 2-4 week blocks.)

Plans are made by your coach individually every 2-4 weeks (depending on athlete’s wants and needs). Every athlete has different workouts uploaded to their training peaks. Different schedules, different goals, different fitness levels. We adapt to each individual.
Individualized programs edited constantly so every training block is tailored towards your schedule, goals and progress
We realize that everyone is different and everyone needs a different training schedule

Send video's of you swimming for constructive feedback to your needs
Since this wont be in person coaching, we put a lot of emphasis on athletes sending in videos of their swim stroke so we can tailor your swim drills to benefit your stroke

We provide structured fuelling guidelines to make sure your training is fuelled well
Poor fuelling leads to poor training… which is what we dont want
