HAX KELOWNA
(Invite Only Test Event)
March 21, 8am PST.
Apple bowl track.
We are hosting our first small track workout to test out the flow of our future run events.
This is a relaxed, invite only session with friends, family, and athletes. The goal is simple. Show up, run together, and help us test the structure of the workout and the overall environment.
No pressure. Just a good morning of running getting after it.
To be clear, we are wanting to create a hard working environment to push each other and suffer together.
VO2 maxes will increase and your friendships will too.
What We Are Doing
This will be a structured track style workout led by HAX.

Brock Hoel
The workout will include:
Warm up Jog/Activation Exercises
Track intervals
Recovery between sets
Cool down
Example intervals may include:
400m repeats
800m repeats
1000m repeats
The exact workout will be explained before we start so everyone understands the plan.
All levels are welcome.
The workout can easily be adjusted based on pace and experience.
